November 10, 2016 Regular Meeting & Potluck
Meeting called to order by Bill MacLeod at 5:10 pm with the pledge of allegiance. In attendance: Bud Rubeck, President & Julie, Ace Griffaw, Vice President & Joan, Bill MacLeod, Secretary/Treasurer, Carl & Jean Kubley, Pat Dudley, Andrea Krygoski, Lynne Rice, Fred & Kish Hodgeman, Brian Bowman, Brian & Doris Johnson, Tom Dezotell, Ron & Colae Vecchie and Dave Scherschel.
Bud thanked the community for their support and prayers during his long stay at Miller-Dwan rehabilitation hospital in Duluth. Both he and Julie are glad to be home. Everyone’s concern and thoughtfulness has helped in his continuing rapid recovery. We were all pleased to see them.
Minutes of the October 13th meeting were read. With one exception moved to accept by Andrea Krygoski, seconded by Pat Dudley. Motion carried.

Old Business:
Andrea requested flowers be sent for the funeral of Gary Hillstrom to be held out of state. All agreed.
The blackboard donated to the Glidden Historical Museum will have a small plaque noting it came from Mellon School District and donated by Clam Lake Community Club, Inc. All agreed.
New Business:
Andrea said she would donate birthday cards if the club wished to send them to community members. It was decided not to become involved in this mailing. Andrea was thanked for offering her cards.
Bill stated the 2017 membership renewals with year end report will be mailed in December. It was agreed to add a line for fireworks donations. Also, a separate card for requesting a memorial plaque at the kiosk downtown.
Brian Bowman volunteered to dispose of recyclable cans.
There being no further business to conduct it was moved by Lynne Rice to adjourn and seconded by Andrea Krygoski at 5:30 pm. Motion carried.
