Meeting called to order by Bud Rubeck at 5:00 pm with the pledge of allegiance. In attendance: Bud Rubeck, President & Julie, Ace Griffaw, Vice President & Joan, Jerry & Lea Justice, Carl & Jean Kubley, Lynne Rice & Brian Bowman.
Secretary’s Report: Minutes of the April 14th meeting were read. Moved to accept by Lea Justice, seconded by Joan Griffaw. Motion carried.

Old Business:
Three outreach cards were sent out by Andrea Krygoski.
The backyard tree removal, grading and seeding has been completed thanks to Ace Griffaw, Jerry Justice, Donovan Fragis and Julie Rubeck.
Fireworks: Bud is assembling launchers with volunteer help and working closely with Greg Elliott, Spielbauer Fireworks Co., Inc. in selecting display. Bill will have donation cans placed with local businesses this month.
The August Fest has been tabled this year and will be looked at next year if there is interest. Motion made by Lynne Rice, seconded by Brian Bowman. Motion carried.
New Business:
Lynne Rice reported 5 applicants have applied for scholarships. She will advise club of the committees selection at our next meeting.
Regarding the Glidden Historical Society Lynne thanked Clam Lake residents for their support and mentioned any amount under $25 would be appreciated.
Best wishes to Andrea Krygosky for a speedy recovery from her recent knee operation was proposed by attending members.
There being no further business to conduct Carl Kubley motioned and was seconded by Jerry Justice to adjourn. Motion carried at 5:18 pm.
