Meeting called to order by Bill MacLeod at 5:04 pm with the pledge of allegiance. Minutes of the March meeting were read and moved to accept by Andrea Krygoski and seconded by John Cannon. Motion carried.

Lynne reported Glidden Historical Society has exceeded its fund drive and will be looking for volunteers when it is time for moving items. She said it would be nice to have Clam Lake participation.
New Business:
John Cannon thanked attendees for their vote for his new position as supervisor Town of Gordon.
